1.1 Processing Window. Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following order placement (excluding U.S. federal holidays and observed PawHerb holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays will be deemed received on the next business day for processing purposes.
1.2 Confirmation Email. You will receive an order-confirmation email upon successful order placement and a separate shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been handed to the carrier.
1.3 Delays Outside Standard Window. Order processing may be temporarily extended during high-volume periods (e.g., promotional events, holiday seasons) or due to inventory verification, payment-authorization issues, or fraud-prevention review. PawHerb will notify you if processing of your order is materially delayed.

PawHerb currently ships to addresses within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes (where carrier limitations apply), or international destinations, except as expressly indicated at checkout. Where we expand to additional destinations, applicable terms will be disclosed at the time of order.
PawHerb partners with reputable national carriers (which may include the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, and regional last-mile carriers). The carrier and shipping method assigned to a given order are selected by PawHerb in its discretion based on destination, package characteristics, and service availability, except where you select a specific service at checkout.
Applicable shipping rates and any available expedited options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service level. Promotional free-shipping offers, if any, will be conspicuously disclosed and may carry minimum-purchase or geographic restrictions.
A tracking number will be provided in your shipping-confirmation email once your order has been handed to the carrier. Tracking information may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to populate in the carrier's tracking system. For tracking inquiries, please first contact the carrier directly using the tracking number; if the issue cannot be resolved with the carrier, contact PawHerb at hello@mypawherb.com.
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. PawHerb is not liable for delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to PawHerb due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for actual reshipment costs. Address changes after order placement cannot be guaranteed and should be requested immediately by emailing hello@mypawherb.com.
7.1 Carrier Marked as Delivered. If carrier tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer has not received it, PawHerb recommends the following steps: (a) check with neighbors, household members, building management, or front-desk staff; (b) review the location indicated by the carrier (e.g., side door, garage); (c) wait twenty-four (24) hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as "delivered" prior to actual delivery; and (d) contact the carrier to file a missing-package claim.
7.2 Lost Packages. A package will be considered "lost" if (i) carrier tracking has not updated for seven (7) consecutive calendar days during transit, or (ii) the carrier has formally confirmed loss. Upon such confirmation, PawHerb will, at its option, reship the order at no cost to the customer or issue a full refund.
7.3 Stolen Packages. PawHerb is not liable for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided but subsequently stolen. Customers are encouraged to use shipping addresses where packages can be received securely, to consider carrier delivery options such as signature-required service or hold-at-location, and to file police reports as appropriate.
If a package arrives visibly damaged, PawHerb recommends, where possible, that the customer (a) refuse delivery from the carrier, or (b) accept the package and immediately document the damage with photographs of the carton, packing materials, and product. Damage claims should be reported to hello@mypawherb.com within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and will be handled in accordance with Section 8 of the Refund & Return Policy.
If a package is returned to PawHerb because (a) the address was incomplete or invalid, (b) the carrier was unable to complete delivery after the maximum number of attempts permitted by the carrier's policy, or (c) the customer refused delivery without basis under this Shipping Policy, PawHerb may, at its sole discretion: (i) reship the order at the customer's expense once the customer provides a corrected address and pays the reshipment cost; or (ii) cancel the order and issue a refund of the product price, less actual outbound shipping costs incurred by PawHerb.
PawHerb reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse shipment of orders to any destination or in any quantity in its sole discretion, including for reasons of regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, carrier limitations, or supply constraints. PawHerb shall not be liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, pandemics, public-health emergencies, governmental actions, customs delays, carrier service disruptions, labor stoppages, or supply-chain interruptions.
Title and risk of loss for products purchased from PawHerb pass to the customer upon delivery of the products by PawHerb to the carrier (FOB shipping point). Notwithstanding the foregoing, PawHerb's policies in Section 7 (Lost Packages) and Section 8 (Damaged Packages) provide remedies that operate independently of legal title and are intended to support customer satisfaction.
Where international shipping is offered, the customer (importer of record) is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, brokerage fees, and other charges levied by the destination country. Such fees are not included in the prices or shipping rates displayed at checkout and are payable by the customer at delivery or as otherwise demanded by the destination authority. Refusal of delivery on account of such fees does not entitle the customer to a refund of original shipping charges or any non-recoverable duties.
